FAQ Pickup And Delivery

1. First Pickup
Gather your items in a garbage,box or laundry bag. We will arrive with our laundry bag / basket, for wash and fold,soft toy,dry cleaning,curtain,comforter or anything you could think of to wash. Please submit your special requests if you have any regarding detergent, treatment, damaged items etc.

2. Do I Need To Separate My Laundry?
Yes. If you have special instructions for certain items like colours,types,size please separate them in separate bags. We will take note on the separate bags, we will bring a tag for you to fill in your instructions.

3. Any Reminders?
We know you are busy so we will let you know 3 hours before we arrive for your pickup/delivery date via a phone call/SMS/email anything you prefer.
